This place is a must and we will come back for sure! It's written somewhere in reviews that you have to order the whole menu and it's a great recommendation!
From the "eggplant with tahini, cauliflower with butter, scallop with orange, cappelletti with artichoke, pommes anna with mushrooms, cabbage with hazelnut and egg yolk, monkfish with bimi" list only eggplant was ordinary, while scallops, cauliflower, cabbage and monkfish are our favorites.
Wine list is also great, btw!
The only problem is that they update the menu super frequently, so you have to come often :) oh yes, and they don't provide reservations.
Last and unfortunate, they offer a water but never say in advance that it will be refilled...

It’s rare to find something special in its infancy, and some how cafe kiem navigates both its youthful nature and is wise beyond its years.
I had 3 dishes as a solo diner (which was enough) along with a suggested orange wine to pair with, which I would never usually go for, all were sublime. The sepia and mushroom dish was rich and complex, the gnocchi fluffy enough to wonder how this was possible, and the poached pear stole the show as a finish.

We even didn't finish our drinks, when waiters started giving us a sign that we need to spare a table. First we thought we were mistaken, but then waiter without asking brought a bill and pin-terminal to pay. We felt unwelcome anymore and had to leave earlier. If you strive to be a high-end restaurant, your guests shouldn't be pushed away right after they finished their food and didn't even finish drinks. Otherwise, it look like a typical American fastfood place with table rotation...
