My two friends and I got serious food poisoning on our recent visit. It was a total bummer, and I'm not one to usually complain, but this time, it's a must. It was a very unpleasant night that followed that we definitely didn't sign up for. But that's not all - our waiter seemed to be on a whole different wavelength. We asked for a vegetarian dish not once, not twice, but three times! What did we end up with? A meaty surprise. Had to send that one back, and it added a layer of frustration to an already bad situation. Kept the other three dishes, which, by the way, made for one lousy evening. Rude and unhelpful vibes all around. After that, we complained to the restaurant itself, asking for a refund and it was still a nightmare. We had a communication back and forth where they tried to convince us that they did all the necessary quality checks and made sure it didn't result from our meals, but they couldn't explain why all 3 of us ended up having the same symptoms on that night. I specifically requested a nice table as it was my partner's birthday, hoping for a special evening. Unfortunately, we were seated at a table at the back near the kitchen, where there was a lot of smoke and triggered my asthma. We requested a table change immediately, but were told none were available. To make matters worse, after our arrival and request, other guests without reservations were seated at better tables far from the smoke. This experience felt discriminatory and left us very embarrassed.
The service was equally disappointing. We were barely attended to. The billing process was confusing and frustrating. Despite its good reviews, I found the experience inexplicable. Additionally, the rice, which was supposed to be paella, was extremely wet and unlike any paella I've had before.

During our visit, a waitress accidentally spilled a full glass of sangria over our table, which ended up soaking my dress as well as my boyfriend’s outfit and shoes. We understood that accidents happen and didn’t make a big deal out of it.
What disappointed us was the reaction that followed. When we politely asked a different waitress if we could move to another table—since ours was completely wet—she responded with visible annoyance and told us all tables were booked, despite several being visibly empty. Her irritated attitude continued while she served our food, which made the experience uncomfortable.
