Never again. We ordered one gin on the rocks. It arrived late after reminding a second waiter. Then came a tonic we never asked for. The bill listed both a gin on the rocks and a gin and tonic. When we pointed out the mistake, the staff got defensive and personal: “Oh somebody must have had a bad day” and “All this for just 10 euros?” So we’re supposed to pay for drinks we didn’t order just because it’s 10 euros? We shouldn’t be expected to pay for something we didn’t order even if it was 1 euro. A small mistake like that can happen — that’s not why we’re not coming back. It’s how you handle a mistake on your end, and how you speak to your customers. Rude and unprofessional. Maybe check with your colleague — the one who quietly removed the charge because he knew you...

Awful experience: we were four people last Saturday, we ordered food, and half an hour later a waiter came only with one plate. We waited for another 25 mins, then asked for the rest, they said that was it. Then they checked and yes: apparently there was an issue with the wifi (did not work also for customers). All waiters were very rude to us, only one tried to help us. Not one single 'sorry' or 'can I invite you to another drinks?', no apologies whatsoever. Really bad memory from...
