Service & food just deplorable to say the least. Chaotic plus slow orders taking & delivery process, mediocre food standards, and worst of all, waiter / waitress would tend to talk back when giving feedbacks. Best to avoid this place.

UPDATE: Mr/Ms Owner, we had a company event dinner on Tuesday 29 October, between 6.30pm - 9.30pm, at the 2nd floor with 3 reserved tables. When our colleagues flew in from all over the world & observed the waiter splashed the wine all over without due regards, you can’t help but to give some feedbacks to his colleague (the waitress). Instead of acknowledging the tardiness, the waitress talked back & insisting she’s now cleaning up so don’t bother to tell her, by acting up in front of my colleagues. To make matters worse, despite our organiser stepped in to help coordinating the food order out of good faith, food meant for other tables still being wrongly delivered to our table. Food quality also questionable as I never had starter with such low quality & smelly parmesan cheese. A great place to sit and enjoy some scrumptious food when the sun it out.

Location: (4/5) The location is great as it’s central and quite close to the central station. The terrace is also great. Super large and well placed to have sufficient space between all the tables.

Food and Drink: (4/5) Great options of food and drink. We had a beer that was locally brewed in the Netherlands. It was a great tasting beer and recommend trying it. The burger was excellent and recommend getting it. The nachos were also quite good and very well balanced in terms of flavours. All in all, you cannot go wrong with the food here. The portion sizes are great, the presentation is good and the flavours are good.

Saturday 8:00 PM — we approached the entrance to ask, and the bouncer told us it was full and suggested we go to the bar next door, so we did. Around 12:00 AM, we came back, and the same bouncer aggressively told us — in a rude and unprofessional tone — that he had already denied us entry two hours earlier. He then said we couldn’t enter unless we were with girls.

We were just two guys, properly dressed, simply looking to have a drink and enjoy the music.

As someone who works in security, I can confidently say this bouncer has no idea how to treat people or do his job professionally. Completely unacceptable behavior — this kind of attitude ruins the image...
