Worst customer service ever! We've purchased an all-in experience via Dining city, which supposed to include aperitif, 4-course dinner with wine, coffee and table water. First, no aperitif was served, we were not even asked if we want one and when I asked the waitress she pretended she didn't hear me. Through the dinner it went okish, even though the food is quite basic. The main course is just a piece of grilled fish and again noone even bothered to ask if we would like to have a side dish with it. After dessert we asked for coffee and the bill. The bill arrived and the water and coffee is included in it separately, so I said that it is incorrect. We already didn't get aperitif but I'm not paying extra for water and coffee, as those are part of the package. The guy left and came back saying we're right. We paid. Apparently once the bill was closed we ceased to exist for restaurant personnel, waited for 10 min for our coffee and it never arrived. So we left the premises with the promise to never return. Thanks a lot for totally spoiled evening, FLOATS....

We went there for lunch, and because of our wedding anniversary, I thought it would be a nice place. But the service was really disappointing. We waited the food for a long time, 30 minutes. The dishes were served all at once — salad, soup, and main course came together, which made it hard to enjoy properly. There was only one other table in the restaurant, but even they were clearly frustrated and had to ask multiple times before getting their food. The atmosphere was tense and unpleasant.

At the end of the meal, we were told to pay for an item we never ordered. When we mentioned we weren’t aware of it, the staff simply said, “I don’t know, my colleague did it,” but that colleague was no longer on site. We were basically forced to pay.

Since the amount wasn’t big, I decided to let it go eventually, but I probably won’t come back next time.

By the way, the two stars are for the food and the canal view. The food was quite good, and it was really nice sitting by the water. I hope your service will...

We absolutely love it here! The cozy ambiance and water views make it feel even more romantic. They have a huge, beautiful terrace perfect for summer, but since it's still cold, we stayed inside.

We tried the three-course menu, which included oysters, steak, codfish, and dessert. We have to say, these might be the best oysters we've ever had! Super fresh and even tastier with their special sauce, definitely a highlight and a must-try.
