Had dinner on a Sunday evening at around 1830 with my SO. We were the only customers (although 2 more entered roughly 15 minutes later.
I ordered the mala ramen (miso). It reminded me of the ramen in Japan. Steaming spicy (finally, usually it mentions spicy but its actually not) broth, noodles, protein, bean sprouts & spring onion. It's the simplicity that a lot of ramen shops in Europe don't have. They usually add toppings you don't see in Kanto, chubu and Kansai region. Brings my back to Japan.
The only thing I'd like to have improved is the protein. It was a little dry / overcooked.
