Extremely disappointing experience. We sat in a full outdoor area for over 10 minutes while three waiters stood at the bar entrance chatting with a girl, completely ignoring us and other guests. Not a single glance or attempt to take our order. Only after I gave them an angry look did one of them come over and carelessly toss coasters onto the table without saying a word. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful toward customers.

RACIST AND DESCRIMINATORY SECURITY

It is unfortunate! The place offers good beer and decent vibes, but something unbelievable happened. The security (a frustrated guy with long hair) at one point of the night decided that my friend couldn't get in anymore. You might think he was drunk or high or problematic. But none of this.

The bouncer just decided that he couldn't get in anymore. It was just astonishing to realize that there was no reason behind this act. When we asked why, he just said "I don't like his face". Recism? Hate? Stupidity? Probably just a lethal mix of all these elements. Just horrible! Just...

Security wouldn’t let me in cuz he thought I was too drunk cuz I really really badly sprained my ankle on a step nearby and couldn’t stand without support. Tried to explain to him I have joint and muscular issues and was in a lot of pain and would’ve liked to get in to sit down in a warm environment. But he still thought I was just too drunk and ignored me, and he was just very very very rude. I wasn’t too drunk at all (maybe had 2 glasses of wine in 2 hours) and was in a lot of pain but he wouldn’t believe me. Unbelievably...
