Hamburg — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Location: Its above a the Vietnamese restaurant Vivu you take the stairs to go up. Which is fine and it brought back some memories from when we were in Asian were there are plenty food places where you have to go up by stairs.

Staff: The staff is very friendly

Food: The amount of choices is more then enough to choose from This is also the first time that I saw the naked it burger (A burger without the buns, awesome for people who don't want that much of carbs).

The burger itself is nice and juicy with the right amount of veg. It was pt together with care, it looks presentable for a burger.

The fries were nice and crispy but living in the Netherlands where fries are pretty much the main snack food. These fries were nothing " special" it is very nice done and thats it.

Hm, the taste of the burger is just so so to me. I cannot really handle spicy food but I ordered their signature, which consists jalapeños 🥲 should ask them to serve me the version without the peppers cause I could not tell what’s the taste of the meat because of it 😅 And it’s always difficult for me to eat a burger without having to separate the layers, cause it’s simply too thick to bite 😂 those ingredients are falling out so often 🤭

But I am not a big fan of burger so probably my boyfriend’s comment is fairer. According to him, the burger was so juicy and tender, absolutely a big yes if you also love burger like he does. 😂 maybe if I am him, the Hamburg will get a 5-star review...

When it comes to hamburgers, I reckon this spot has the second best burgers in town. Juicy, fresh ingredients, full of flavour, meaty, etc. Their fries are good. At first you may think they look like McD's, but these are way better and actually made of potatoes.

Maybe they could do something about the chairs. Unless of course they don't want you to overstay your welcome. Which is probably the case when I think about what happened a couple of years ago. I was asked to leave by a member of the staff as there were people waiting in line for a table. I had barely finished my food and drink. I reckon they don't do that anymore now and the staff I have seen this year is really friendly...
