I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of a security incident that occurred during my recent visit to your bar. Unfortunately, I was the victim of theft while at your establishment. I immediately reported the incident to the security personnel at the door, but was disappointed to find that no action was taken beyond suggesting that someone charge my phone so I could use my virtual key card to access my apartment.
I find this response to be unacceptable. The lack of proactive measures from your security team left me feeling unsafe and unsupported. Given this experience, I would not recommend your bar to others due to the apparent security concerns.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement necessary improvements to ensure the safety and well-being of your patrons.

Read moreTerrible service. Went there because of the good reviews, but it was a complete disappointment. The waiter, who turned up after we were seated for about 15 minutes, was downright rude. When asked to explain the menu, which was in Dutch, he replied "the beers are what is written, they're all on tap". We took our chances and ordered four beers. He got two, and then it was an endless wait for the other two- incidentally the wheat beers for the ladies. When our beers were nearly finished, he came and informed that there was some problem with the taps and they are working on it. We thanked him, paid for the two, and left. To be fair, he did apologise twice when we were leaving. Totally overrated place with indifferent and rude people. Crappy service - totally not...
Read moreWhen we arrived in the afternoon we had a great experience with a waiter that deserves more than 5 stars. We ordered food and a couple of beers - the service was prompt. After a while we ordered two glasses of water at a different waiter, and he brought us two bottles of mineral water. When confronted with the fact that we asked for tap water he proceeds with placing the bottles on the table, doesn’t acknowledge the “misunderstanding”, doesn’t apologize and with a smirk in his face responds with “these are two glasses of water”. In my 2 years of living here I have never experienced “a glass of water” being so ambiguous. Obvious ripoff and this pretty much ruined the entire mood for me. I feel sorry for the really nice waiter...
