WORM — Attraction in Rotterdam

** Careless staffs, thus will never go again. Recently my husband and I went here for drinks. We were very hungry, so we ordered food (today’s dish, it was Indonesian curry I believe) as well as beer. Although it was a Friday evening, there were not so many people inside. However, the food was not served to us (but others who came there later than us) for more than 30mins until we called a staff there. And it was the staff’s reaction: ‘Okay, we will get your food soon, anyway, would you like some more beer?’. Ha. Hell no. I just wanted to have my food I ordered earlier instead of ordering another things! Her respond made me a bit more upset, and apparently she could finally sensor how upset I was. She apologized and soon served us the food, extra nacho, and free beer. Overall, it went fine since the staff offered us some extras. This place is what it is and as it is for everyone and anyone who visits. Do you see it as an art gallery? It is. As a music space? It is. An inclusive community space? It is. A friendly bar with a good and authentic vibe? It also is. Worm is a bit rare, it offers a lot, and at places and times you can make of it what you want and will. So, go for it, you won't regret.
