The Burger Hunters Zuidplein — Restaurant in Rotterdam

One of the worst places ever, how it was 4,8 rated, I cant get.

I ordered two times and both were unfortunate Ordered regular beef burger menu, meat was not properly cooked + no salt.

2.I also ordered again yesterday, this time chicken burger menu. It took 45 minutes to deliver and I noticed that fries are missing, called them and lady told me sorry we will deliver fries within 10 mins, it took another 1 hour and 5 mins on top of initial 45 minutes to deliver fries which were cold, not edible. Customer service is lying, chefs arent taking care of orders carefully, dont recommend at...

We decided to give it a try to this burger place. We ordered two. The spicy one and the cheesy one (sorry I forgot the names but if you go there they will def understand what I mean). The service was nice and fast. Regarding the burgers, the spicy one was alright when it comes to taste (not the normal spicy taste), that’s why we rated it low: 3/5. About the cheesy one, taste and ingredients were better than the other burger. Definitely full of cheese as the description on the menu explained. For both burger the meat was good but not amazing. Had this food delivered, delivery took almost 2 hours, the food was cold, the bag was dropped along the way and the contents were spilled all over the bag. Talk about a smashed burger... badum tssss Burgers tasted good after some re-assembly but the burger patty itself barely covered half of the buns.

If it wasn't for the delivery time and state of the food after their presumably bumpy journey i'd have scored this place a lot higher. Customer service during the wait, although hard to reach was very friendly...
