Club Vers — Restaurant in The Hague

Food was great, however we had a very disappointing experience. Service was incredibly slow, it took over 15 minutes just for someone to come take our order. Our order was very simple, but it took over 30 minutes for it to arrive, completely unacceptable for two glasses of orange juice and two pieces of french toast. During that time other people who arrived after us were seated and given their food before us. One of the worst parts was the price of a """large""" glass of orange juice, completely extortionate, I don't think anyone would call that size of glass "large". Staff never apologized for the long wait time and seemed to be trying to actively ignore us. Busy days are not an excuse for this kind of service, this restaurant clearly needs to hire...

I already did a review when I went there for the first time. Unlike the first time, my second visit was left me with mixed feelings. It was my daughter's birthday and we wanted to have lunch with her. When arriving, we were not asked if we already want something to drink. I finally walked to the counter to tell them we are ready to order. Same with ordering another drink. Kind of disappointed it that. The restaurant is not a cheap one and I would expect a good service. Still I give this restaurant a 4 star rating. Compliments to the chef. It was Exellent again. Club Vers can be easily reached by public transport, Station Den Haag Holland Spoor is a 3 minute walk. Coming by car and especially parking can be a challenge.

The staff was very very friendly. We came during lunchtime (group of 5) on a sunny day, During lunchtime it took some time before the food came because everyone orders at the same time.

the food was tasty, i liked my falafel salade, i also tasted the pancakes, was also nice. the pancakes are American style.

The menu is very divers a lot of option. I also had the home made ice tea, but I didnt like that. it had no taste and i only tasted the icecubes.

price quality and quantity was good. I can recommend...
