My work had booked the restaurant for a work meeting while we had been this weekend. The shared chef antipasti was good. 30e for 2 people and plenty. Although the meatball was falling apart due to too much breadcrumbs and my collgue said the cut cheese was though due to being precut. There was no explanation of what was on the plates and the salad would have been nicer if it was served separately, now my crostini was very soggy. The pizza was an absolute letdown We had the 22(!!) euro pizza with carpacco and it was just meh. The pizza was cold due to the heaps of under seasoned, very cold slightly watery carpacco. It was not nice at all and most of us only ate a quarter pizza. The special cake was hardened Nutella (?) and the tiramusu looked so authentic and smelled great with marsala wine and mascarpone, but in the end watered down with whipped cream. For 11 euro! Per dessert I expected a lot more. If I would go back, I would order the antipasti and the wine again and eat a main course somewhere else. I was happy to eat there a second time since...

The only reason I didn't give five stars in the end, is because I asked for my pizza not to have the rucola mushrooms on it. I saw the waiter type something when I said that, so I'm pretty sure the kitchen was told not to put them on the pizza, but it was actually full of mushrooms. I couldn't finish the pizza anyway - their portions (even for appetizers) are very large :) - so I told them to pack up the pizza for take away. I know I can pick out the mushrooms when I eat it later because I just don't like the structure, but if this request not to put a topping on my food would be for something I'm intolerant to, it would be more uncomfortable. I would suggest that they should be a little bit more alert to requests like this. Though it was also quite late when we arrived, so I can understand if the chefs were a little tired. Read moreI really liked going to this place but my recent visit when I brought some friends was not that pleasant. When we were presented our bills the five of us wanted to all pay separate. The waiter proceeded to tell us that only two of us can pay with a credit card. After figuring out who had cash and who had card I proceeded to explain to the waiter kindly that this is stupid and only created a hassle for people and a waste of time. Bearing in mind that our service was bellow average. As I continued to explain why I was frustrated with the establishment taking only two credit cards the waiter caught t an attitude with me and told me that he didn't like how I was treating him. I asked if there was a manager or owner that I can speak to and voice my feedback and he said there was no one. This young kid needs to learn that the customer is always right and could of simply said thank you for your feedback I will speak with my manager/ owner.
