This place is a complete disappointment. They charge almost $7 for a matcha, but what you get is basically a cup of milk with no real matcha taste. Nothing like what’s advertised.

They have big, attractive pictures outside that make the drinks look amazing — and that’s the reason we came in. But when I pointed out that what I received looked nothing like the picture, the woman just shrugged and said, “sorry, but that’s how it really comes.” Totally unacceptable.

Service is also slow and careless, with staff spending more time chatting with each other than serving customers.

The only good thing is the space itself if you need a place to sit and work. But for drinks or food? Absolutely not worth it. Overpriced, misleading, poor quality, and mediocre service. Definitely not...

I recently moved to Utrecht and the StartHub instantly became one of my favorite spots. The atmosphere is fantastic, and I felt very welcomed from the start.

What truly stands out is how approachable and friendly the owner is. It's so easy to strike up a conversation with him, and his positive energy really sets the tone for the entire space. He genuinely cares about creating a welcoming and supportive environment, which makes all the difference in feeling comfortable and inspired while working here.
