HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We went with a reservation under the promotion of “Shared dining menus” (The Fork Festival). Unfortunately, they trick you offering 50% discount, but turns out that the price they give you is only for 1 person on a menu for 2. So it is a fake 50% discount. I even asked the waiter before, and he said that the menu was for two and that we had the 50% discount, but he omitted the information of that being the price only for one person. I must say that charging 60 euros per person for sharing tapas made out of bad quality food, mostly bread and fried stuff, is expensive ANYWHERE. The drinks were not included in this price. The restaurant is not good, we did not like the atmosphere or the food and we realized that the only way they had managed to attract clients is by offering a fake “attractive discount”. I also asked for vegetarian tapas and they still brought me ham and salame, and I had to pay for that. Positive aspects, we liked the wine they served us and the waiter was polite and attentive. Pretty BAD SERVICE, I reserved a table for 15 people. On their webpage, they state that if the group is larger than eight people, a bottle of wine is included as a gift and the chance of winning a dinner for two. Any of these options were mentioned by the waiter. When I was paying, I made the complaint, and the waitress responded in a very unfriendly and rude way that we did not know what we were complaining or talking about. When I was paying the amount that the receipt showed, the same waiter, went back to the table, took the old receipt that we were already paying very coarse, and charged us around 30 euros more because according to him the bottles of water were not included in the account. The attitude of the waiter was not good at all, we were celebrating a birthday, but the experience was not pleasant because of the bad service we had.

We enjoyed the food and great view but waiting time and communication with waiters is a problem. First of all, we didn’t plan to eat as much, so I’ve asked for 2 portions of two tapas plates. We had 9 people in total and each plate is supposed to be for 2 people. The waiter said okay but later on the receipt I saw that we had 4 portions of each plate, so the check was way higher than we expected to spend. When I asked why did you put that amount to our order, he said otherwise it’s not enough food for everyone. He didn’t warn us about that but if he did, we would’ve just ordered something else for each person separately. Secondly, it was my dad’s birthday and I asked if they have a discount for such occasions. One of the waiters and bartender said yes, so at the end I expected at least a discount.
