We had such high hopes for this lovely cafe in a nice location with a beautiful setup, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by the rude and uninterested staff members.

We ordered 2 coffees, 2 smoothies, 4 food items, and a bottle of tap water. However, the drinks were served without the water. After waiting for 30 minutes, our food arrived but still no sign of the water. No one checked in to see if everything was okay. Frustrated, I approached the blonde staff member and asked about the water. She said it would be brought to our table. Despite waiting an additional 5 minutes, the water never arrived. By this point, we had all finished eating, so I went back inside to remind them about the water and told them we were about to leave. The blondie, without apologizing, said they were busy with other tables. Finally, as we were leaving, we were given the water, still no apology. To our surprise, when we checked out, we realised we had been charged for the tap water.

Overall this is a great and very cozy cafe. Very nice coffee, food and ambience. However, having visited the cafe several times, the situation with their door is annoying. It does not close automatically on its own, and it stays open every time a customer comes or goes, which means that the cafe gets instantly cold and people need to get up and close the door all the time. If that were to be fixed, the cafe would definitely deserve a 5...

My guest was a real fan of the Turkish eggs and loved the beats that came with. His smoothie was descent.

However, the pancakes were a true disappointment and can almost be called a scam. Since they just serve you half a pack of "american" microwave pancakes of the Albert Hein and that for €10 feels a bit criminal. Not sure what I would expect from the rest of the menu with this experience and if I would recommend it...
