Fixed Gear Coffee - Cauberg — Restaurant in Valkenburg aan de Geul

We made a break here during our bike trip to refuel and it was the best choice ever! We had a great coffee & cake and good talks with super friendly staff - very friendly and attentive and took the time to walk us through different coffee varieties they offer. Was also helpful and knowledgeable with bike gear. You can sit with your bike outside which is handy if you don’t want to leave it unattended (was also possible to bring it inside). Was a very warm day so we appreciated the shade outside and being a bit outside of the crowds. Great spot to watch nice bikes passing by! Cool and nicely decorated ambient inside with plenty of bike gear and delicious blends to buy. Can’t recommend enough, will definitely come back on our next trip...

I went there briefly after christmas and was so positively surprised about the place. Didn't think such a great coffee place was hiding in this touristy town. The city was extremely crowded at that time and the only thing I wanted is to get away from the crowds and enjoy a great coffee. It wasn't very obvious to me that this bicycle shop also offered coffee but considering the name I gave it a try. The Barista was extremely polite and great knowledgeable when it comes to coffee and the coffee itself was just one of the best things happening to me that...
