Delievery service very bad.

The bag fell apart completely because of how soaked it was. The food was tasteless and the delievery person was very rude.

The order needed to be delievery in three times because the drinks were forgotton, it's annoying but understandable, if it was not the behavior from the courrier trying to sell me a deal asking if i could get it next time unstead. I said i would rather have the full order and it was not so good receive by the person. Not because of some rude reply back or dennying to get the drink missing but because didn't want to put effort on going to get it and coming back one more time. In the end i got the feeling it was a sarcastic "enjoy your meal" and some kind of holding grudges towards me like it was my fault that needed to come back one more time.

I'm not sure how it's possible for them to have a high rating. I ordered from them twice in total, the first time was already kinda gross, but I thought they might have a bad day, since the ratings are so high. I gave them another chance, again, super disgusting food. Kapsalon has a sweet flavor to it, and that's all you will taste. Their fries, fried snacks etc are all disgusting, because you can taste the dirty oil. Their chicken burger is sloppy and they use supermarket cold filets that people use in their salad.

Don't bother ordering drinks from them either, since they won't deliver it. Avoid this place at all cost, don't be fooled with the high rating like I was. The high...

Last year when they started they was good and I gave them five star review. But now the service is super bad. The staff , especially the new staff don't work hard, they just talk with each other and usually can't be bothered to pay attention or work hard. Last few times fries was over fried, there was no doner or chicken available on a weekend at 8 and yesterday I went with a friend and placed an order , they told me that it will be ready in 10 min, half hour nothing while he served everyone else who came after me.
