I am a "fast food junkie" and frequently eat at Wendy's, Carl's Jr., KFC and most of all McDonald's. It's easy, fast and delicious. However, the McD's restaurant on Lunn Ave. has disappointed me for the last time. I live local and it's just the most convenient store to me, but I have never... not one single time... ordered french fries from the drive thru that have been warm/hot and fresh. Most of the time barely eatable, often uneatable. Equally, orders are often wrong. If I wanted a fresh meal from McD's Lunn Ave, I had to enter the store and order from the counter and specifically ask for the french fries to be fresh. I brought this to the attention of the manager of the store who seemed to listen but things have not changed. Today I used the drive thru... ordered, payed. Nobody else in the drive thru line and sat at the pickup window for a few minutes before getting my drink as the server waved his arms in several directions while making noises I could not decipher, and so I waited. He came back with crazy eyes, began waving his arms in the direction of the street, when I told him I have not received my food yet and he slammed the window in my face... so I waited. He saw me again and came to the window and told me to drive forward to wait in the waiting spot as my order was taking a long time. So I followed directions but there was already a customer in this place, so I waited in the drive way. To make this long story not as long as I'd like: Other customer had been waiting a loong time according to him and was finally served and drove away. When I received my food I drove home to eat it and found the fried cold and uneatable, the sandwich thrown together with the cheese slice stuck to the box and not the burger and as cold as the fries. I understand that fast food has a bad rep for being unhealthy, but the reason why it's popular is because it's fast and tastes good! So what happens when it is now slow and tastes bad? Where's the incentive to eat there anymore. One star only because this app doesn't...
Read moreUsed to be 5 stars would give this nick nack paddy mac a run for their money on customer service. Had them swear at us by their manager. Very professional. There after calling the police on my mate for telling the manager not to behave like that. Corporate was involved the manager got a slap on the wrist never withdrew the unwarranted trespassing notice on my mate.
As a business this type of behavior should not be tolerated. Professional an courtesy is the way to go. Customers are not always right but swearing and throwing out trespassers will not win people back.
For those wondering the lads good he may travel a bit further for his mc fix but no regrets.
All i can say is shame on the manager and his display which the staff had to witness including his colorful words also from a corporate standpoint this was not dealt with at all as customers it would be nice to have action and accountability shown. Im glad to say the only silver lining here is me my mate abd our entire household has not eaten from maccas since then
Should they see this post they may reply and pretend to care and make ammends but i can assure you that will not happen and i can assure you should they fix things i will be up here blowing the horns going all is good
Its been 3 months since this happened and all that happened was a black mark on my mates profile with the cops and the stark reminder thieves how rob us are in plain site i.e. the real criminals dont need masks they...

I am in no way racist to excuse me if I point something out ethnically but my god you have hired 2 x new Indian ladies who are lovely but have absolutely NO idea how to make coffee or food! Get rid of them!!
I will be in on Monday morning and WILL be confronting your staff! This is the last time you guys get away with this!
Good morning,
I’m writing to express my frustration with a recent experience at your location around 8am. I had ordered 4 shots in my coffee, but what I was served was essentially just milk, with hardly any coffee flavor. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told with a smile that it was indeed 4 shots, but it didn’t taste like it at all.
This isn’t just disappointing for me, but I also feel there’s an issue with the milk-to-coffee ratio, as a lot of milk seems to be going to waste in the process. I believe if the correct ratio were used, you could save on milk while providing a much better product.
I hope you’ll consider reviewing this, as it’s a concern I wouldn’t want to see...
