Manukau Skate Park — Attraction in Ōtara-Papatoetoe

Concrete: A little rough. But not lose all your speed rough.

Obstacles: Large and steep boxes, an uneven spine transfer, a high rail, 2 pump tracks and a surrounding vert wall. The pocket size bowl in the middle is great for learning to drop in and serves like a mini ramp. The spine is small enough to learn on, but is uneven and doesn't have the same smooth concave shape on each side. The pump tracks used some sort of rough asphalt and is terrible to ride a skateboard on, unless you are using cruiser wheels. Almost all the ramps are large, so they are not beginner friendly.

Maintenance: No graffiti A little bit of trash. Leaves, rocks, and sticks can be found plenty around the shaded areas.
