Dim Sum & Dumpling House — Restaurant in Albert-Eden

The worst restausant I ever went in NZ. We waited for one hour (No exaggeration) for the food after we arrived and ordered. They first served other tables who arrived later than us.

The most disgusting thing is that we ordered pork mushrooms dumplings but they served a plate of dumplings, which was mixed with pork mushrooms and pork cilantro. They didn't even give us any form of explanation until we found the cilantro dumplings and complained.

They explained that because there were not enough dumplings with pork and mushrooms, they were replaced with coriander. They did not have any apologies, nor did they think it was necessary to explain to the customer if the food was changed without authorization. They did not consider if some of us are allergic to coriander, it could be life-threatening!

Until we were angry, they did not have any apology. what else can I say? If you value your life, stay away from it.

我去过最糟糕的新西兰餐馆。 到达并点单后，我们等待了一个小时（不夸张）才等来食物，当时店里只有不到三桌客人。 他们首先为其他餐桌服务，尽管他们来的比我们晚。（或许因为其他桌子是洋人吧，我来新西兰没有被任何白人种族歧视过，反而是华人首先歧视我们。或许他们觉得华人好欺负？）

最令人恶心的是我们点了猪肉蘑菇饺子，但他们却配了一盘饺子，里面掺有猪肉蘑菇和猪肉香菜。 他们解释说猪肉香菇不够了。那你上菜时至少跟我们说一声呀！如果我们没有发现，那是不是就糊弄过去了？如果我们有人对香菜过敏，那是有生命危险的！

尽管我们已经非常不满，他们上菜时也没有任何道歉。 似乎认为让顾客等一个小时是理所应当，也没有必要向顾客解释是否未经许可擅自更改了食物。

TOP QUALITY DIM SUM!!!!!!! It’s not the regular cart-comes-to-you yum cha but totally 100% quality dim sum. Every dish we order are so delicately made, very hearty fillings and PERFECT taste and quality. Very very good service as well, the lady is very smiley every time I go there and they bring you cutleries when they are not busy. All dim sum are yummy as, please order all if possible! I would also recommend custard bun as sweets! Please smash them hard because their location are kind of hidden and they certainly deserves more attention to their SUPER GOOD QUALITY...

My wife and I just returned from a five day holiday on the South Island. Our Air NZ flight has been delayed in Nelson for nearly 4 hours and neither of us had stopped for breakfast other than a flat white in the morning. So, we were both starving and craving some dim sum.
