Just had their hotpot Monday with my golf Chinese friends and it was such a true authentic Chinese hotpot at the citywell hotpot restaurant. And i invited my best friend prior to the new year countdown to this hotpot place for an early dinner. And again it is brilliant. Wow. I got to say it is not an ordinary hotpot place where you order an typical thinly sliced beef and/or lamb and so on.
