This place!! If you get a room here you won the hotel lottery. The owners have lovingly restored and upgraded every tiny detail of this enormous antique mansion. It was an officer's hospital during World War II, but the gorgeous suites are more luxurious now than they could have possibly been historically. Each suite has a spacious bathroom, new period-style furnishings and soft bathrobes for every guest. State of the art comfort (air purifiers and pristine new linens and carpets) and technology in every room, including the huge sunroom, kitchen, dining room and games parlor. Cameras monitor the private off street parking area. It's newly opened and apparently still unknown, but the prices could skyrocket when it has a bit more exposure. The owners are the best kind of people; when our plans went awry Michael and Linda personally ensured we had food and transportation. I'd recommend this place to anyone - nobody could come away...

The house is meticulously and lovingly redone by the owners, saving the original decor and atmosphere and giving it a very high level of amenities. The rooms are huge, the beds comfortable with white thick luxurious linens. Every room is full of little touches that make your stay fun! We had bottled water waiting for us on arrival, the internet was fast, the toiletry kit was top shelf and the shower large and squeaky clean. The owners are so friendly and shared the history of the house with us, and told us the restoration and work they did on the house. I highly recommend staying in Aachen House the next time you...

The whole joint got a facelift recently, keeping the old-school charm while giving everything a fresh, modern twist. The rooms are huge, decked out with all the cool stuff – AC, fridge, TV, and a coffee and tea setup. The beds are brand new and crazy comfy. The staff? Super chill and friendly. It’s a 5-minute stroll from the train station, not far from Newmarket center, making it a breeze to hit the city. All in all, stoked we picked this spot, and we’re definitely coming...
