Very rude customer service. Not even ready to listen to the complaints. Especially the lady Manager who needs to handle the situation but refused to hear the complaint itself. Would like to give 0 since there is no option.Shame on you guys. Hi Team,
Today myself Godwin and my wife visited the CBK bar in Paihia to have some drink between 1 to 1.30pm. Staff(man) came to us asking for number of person to allocate a table and he said to wait as already another customer has been waiting to be allocated. We said ok and also I showed him 2 seats which are empty and available and about to say that it can be allocated to the waiting customer. Before hearing to us he started shouting saying that already waiting customer will be prioritized and seats will be given to us only after that. We were really upset with the behavior and we left the bar with much disappointment. After few minutes we came back again to the bar and called the person who shouted at us and said him that our intention was to help him if he might have missed noticing vacant seat(as we came via second entrance whereas he was standing in the first). Again he said he knows how to handle his work meanwhile a lady(seems to be manager but not sure) asked us what's the problem. We went to her and started to explain but she wasn't listening to us and stopped us and said that she don't want to listen what we wanted to say and she asked to leave if we dont like to be here which was again a bad, rude answer and pathetic experience for us and she doesn't even pay attention on what the complaint was and infront of everyone she was rude and not acted as a Manager(instead of calming down the situation)
Please take necessary action and provide some information about how to make customer satisfied and happy as the only intention of either your bar or restaurant is to make the customer satisfied and happy with the service being given rather than the quality of...
Read moreShocking service It saddens me to write this review. When ordering a Long Island Ice Tea (a commonly served cocktail) we were told by our waitress that she would have to check if they made them. The manager returned and stated very abruptly that we could not have one because they contained too much alcohol. When it was explained that they are commonly sold elsewhere she rolled her eyes and walked away. We subsequently questioned another waiter about this decision and were confronted (and quite frankly intimidated) over even questioning this decision. The waiter then declared that it was because we were already intoxicated. We explained that we had no alcohol before arriving but were challenged by the waiter. I am 60 years old and my wife and friend of a similar age. He became so antagonistic and intimidating that we made the decision to leave despite not having received our food order. The manager then attempted to charge us for food we were not served and became angry that we refused to pay for it. We eventually settled the bill but only for what we had consumed. It shames me to know that one of our country's prime tourist destinations is served by such poor operators. It is worthy of note that we then moved to Charlottes Kitchen where we were served Long Island Iced Teas and a fine meal with grace and dignity. I have never in 60 years on this planet been treated so poorly!

I detest being addressed as "Hi Lovely" or "Hi Gorgeous". I AM lovely and gorgeous but it's creepy when it comes from a girl who is one third of my age who says it in a weirdly familiar way. Nope. Just say "hi".
The chips weren't 'triple cooked' They weren't even single-cooked. They were soggy and yuk and when I complained, I got an insincere and passive aggressive response from the waiter (walked away from me as I was saying I would like her to let the kitchen know. I added "and I don't want to pay for them either" and I know she heard me because she stopped dead in her tracks but didn't bother to turn around or acknowledge me. Probs just pulled a face/rolled her eyes thinking I couldn't see but I could see because I know because I used to wait tables and that's what you do when you are annoyed by a customer.
It took ages to get the attention of the wait staff and after I finally managed to ask for a dessert menu, I waited 20 minutes but nobody came to take my order, so I left without ordering.
The vegan burger was dry. Badly needed sauce.
The woman who I tried to pay, barked at me "TABLE NUMBER?!!!". After I got up off the ground and made it back onto my feet, I said "I don't know!?" and she angrily sent some poor shmuck scuttling off to find out.
1/10 would...
