Daryl’s Dinner Cruise: The introduction was put on a hat and glasses to introduce yourselves which wasted some time and not enjoyable. The service from the crew on board was fantastic could not fault! Daryl was really enjoyable to listen to but needed to give much more commentary could have listened to his stories and facts the whole cruise not just for 5 minutes. The photo opportunity at the waterfall was great. The food was tasty, however, it was advertised to include Seafood which this dinner cruise did not. Not really value for money considering how much was paid. The lunch cruise would be more value for money. We were on this tour organised by our cruise ship. It was advertised as a lunch cruise however, as the tour start time wasn't till 330pm in the afternoon, Darryl reorganised the order of the itinerary so that we would have an early 'dinner' instead. We visited Russell first up, and Darryl called the arts n crafts market to ask them to stay open for us, which was much appreciated. Russell was a quaint little place full of history. Cruising around the bays, Darryl gave great commentary. We had a choice of venison, lamb or fish for our meal along with sweet potato, baby potatoes and garden salad. This was the second time I’ve done this trip and I loved it both times. Putting on a silly hat and glasses and introducing yourselves may be a bit intimidating for some, but it sure broke the ice and made it easy to go round and chat to the other passengers on board. Darryl’s occasional commentary was both informative and funny, the food was delicious and perfectly cooked and I would thoroughly recommend this trip in the lovely...
