If I could give 0 stars I would. Iv worked in hospo for 7 years NEVER in my life did I think I would write a bad review but the service i recieved yesterday ( monday 12/12/22 ) (morning shift) from a young boy with glasses and a young maori girl was beyond horrible. My partner is a introvert who literally had to yell for them to shutup. discussing the store closing down ignoring customers and the young boy yelling loudly about inapproriate conversation im honestly disgusted, i understand being young and to be fair they are not fully to blame what sane owner thinks leaving 3 un managed teens will end well. the only staff member that made a slight effort was the girl with a bob who asked if her lunch break was okay and told yes while 5 people where lined up with no one being acknowledged who then took a little initative to start serving. seriously watch your staff better yet replace them .... terrible...

Awful customer service - do not order platters here. Ordered for pick up 10:30 was there at 10:31 and no one even acknowledge and asked anything, one of the guys slipped outside for a vape and check his phone and then when they finally asked what I wanted (my platter for 10:30)......they hadn't even started it and said it would be ready in 20. Came back 20mins later and they still making it and when I walked one guy stood there drinking his drink before coming and helping finish off.......and then told there's no cookies today so asked if I wanted a refund for them......a very dumb question - like I was going to say keep the money! When I finally get my order absolutely no apologies or sorryness for the late order or no cookies. Never again will I be back for anything like that and I'm warning others too - plenty of other great places in Kerikeri...

Always an interesting experience here. Some guarantees are Terrible customer service, always running out of ingredients, under trained staff, clear lack of intrest by management to run a good business. I've seen plastic lids dropped on the heating element leading to fire brigade being called. The cookie container being empty but trays of cookies stilling out on racks where flies were getting in them. Staff member ignoring me asking if he's going to heat the chicken fillets and not doing so twice, staff member who couldn't reach the ingredients so they would end up leaning on your sandwich. Luckily for them it's really really hard to completely screw up...
