Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Pizza Hut Fairy Springs is quite close to where I live, so it's very convenient for me to order online and pick up, assuming the store exists in their system which is a common error I get when trying to place an order.

Selecting an order for delivery out of desperation, I put in my address and am given the sorry excuse of "Hi Hut lover, unfortunately we cannot deliver to this address."

This is frustrating, the type of pizza I like to get is The Limo because it's highly customizable and affordable, selecting the store in town presents me with a blank screen and I am left to go elsewhere for a cheeky take out night.

I have told the staff in person at this location about these issues with their website, but I now realize that they can't really do anything about it.

As for the store itself, it's just a standard Pizza Hut, nowhere to dine in really, small, kind of cramped, atmosphere is either busy or quiet and the food is average, not terrible! I'll still eat it quite happily, but at the end of the day it's nothing to...

I have lived up Kawaha all my teen life and have come to this pizza hut since forever and this is the first major problem I have ever had here.

You place an order to be delivered at a specific time and expect a bit of wiggle room around delivery. but 20 min after delivery time has passed and we haven't even revived the confirmation that the driver has collected it. This is the 3rd time this has happened, last time it was delivered to another address and we just got left out, so 45 min late pizza by the time it was redelivered. I told myself last time we wouldn't order from here again ....
