First time customer. Went in to get something for my lunch break with a work mate. Work mate got served straight away & left to go get sushi. I was left standing there for almost 10 minutes, I noticed someone walk in, wait a while, then walk out in the time I was standing there. A group walk in and a staff member got up from where she was sitting, washed her hands, ignored me and proceeded to serve the group that walked in. By that time I had enough, I thought the waiting was enough but then being completely ignored until I walked out, then the staff proceed to apologise. I understand the hospitality industry, was apart of that industry for almost 15 years but come on! Thanks for the terrible service. I will definitely be telling people NOT to go there. We came because a work mate recommended you guys, never again. By the way, it took almost 15 minutes to make a green smoothie.. tf? Can pick up a decent feed up the road from Bobby’s in the same time frame and price lol. Need...
Read moreHORRIFIC service. First time experience. I made a Door Dash order from this place for a $27 salad, a $12 smoothie + $12 delivery fee. My delivery driver showed up with just a drink...I asked him where my food was and he said 'oh they were out of stock...'. At no point did they attempt any form of contact through the Door Dash app, or through voice call, or texting to confirm an out of stock item to check if they should cancel the order. Do you really think a customer will still want to proceed with the order if you can't even provide the food, only the drink? Obviously not. So now I've waited 49 minutes to have a $24 smoothie :) I'll be disputing on my credit card and sharing what happened with all of my friends. What an absolute miss. Really bad...

I sent many emails and messages and got a unapologetic reply saying they would refund me. Over two weeks later, no refund has been given, despite me giving them my bank account number. Also, I made a comment on their Facebook page and my comment was deleted and I was blocked. I see from the reviewer below that the same thing happened to them too. Not good enough Pluto !!!
