Falafel Metro — Restaurant in Bay of Plenty

Personally the second must visit place in Tauranga after the Mount itself. Thanks to you guys that whenever I have falafels from any other place, it`s always a let down. This place has raised my "Falafel expectations" so high that no one else seems to even come close to it. I travelled to Tauranga for work and was introduced to this place by my colleagues. As you enter you are usually greeted by a sweet young girl. The pitas and fillings are always fresh and falafels are the best(est). Goes best with their hot sauce if you are adventurous. The ambience is nice and plenty of seating outside as well. You guys rock and keep up the good work. I just wish there was a branch in AKL but hey no...

Visited on Friday lunchtime first time and so many people ordering and waiting! So happy to see this popular place my favorite. Owner family are so well organized in clean open kitchen without any stress to see from us but giving lovely smile and attentions. It's worth waiting but never took too long, What a great service and healthy plant base food. Lots of falafel in pita is so big and heavy filling. Hope using a good healthy oil not cheap one. Hot spicy chill sauce is so good kick by the side!...

Was attracted to this modest eatery by their sandwich board on Grey St.

It is down a walkway to the carpark building and is not obvious, but I have to say that I bought perhaps the best falafel pocket I have come across. They seemed to have a modest menu, but if they are all like the item I bought ... All vegetarian as far as I could see. Not sure about coffee, that was not on my mind. I don't work in the centre of town, but if I did I would buy another of their pockets. I do recommend...
