This is just a review for the Spicy Korean style fried chicken

I ordered the Spicy flavour fried chicken and it took about 10 minutes to get the order at Saturday lunch time, I'm happy with that. The price was $15 and I think thats normal value these day. The smell had an amazing spicy aroma but when I tasted it, it wasn't actually spicy as what I expected. But dont get me wrong, the sauce is slighty sweet and sticky with a bit of spice in the background and had an amazing flavour so I'm not gonna complain about that. But if you are spicy eater then just dont get your hopes up. There are much more spicy fried chicken out there. The other thing I enjoyed was the batter was crispy enough and the meat was very tender so it was very pleasant to eat. Overall I'm satisfied and will order again but in the future I really hope there's a new menu thats...

First and last time for me. Took 30min to get fried chicken. Unable to get two flavours in the regular size, only large. Bite sized pieces of chicken coated in three times the amount of batter. Left feeling ill after consuming fatty batter. Fried to a crispy crunchy outside. Smelt delicious, tasted like crunchy batter. Korean chicken at Eastgate far superior. At least you get chicken with your meal

My partner and I live on the other side of Christchurch and will drive over when we are feeling like some chicken donburi. It’s our favourite place the chicken is so soft and tender. I rung them on the phone and order chicken on rice only to get there and realise I ordered the wrong thing. Asked them if they would please remake my food for me and they did it for me without making me feel like a hassle. The guy also bought it out to the car for me when it was ready.
