Recently bought two entrees for $14.50. I initially used paywave and there was a paywave charge. Not wanting to pay the charge, I asked for the transaction to be canceled and handed over cash. They could not make the change and so I used my cheque account. On returning home, I examined my declined receipt for the paywave and found they had fraudulently charged me $79.98, plus $2.37 for the paywave fee. In India corruption is rife, not so in New Zealand. There have been recent court cases in NZ of immigrants from India engaging in large scale fraud. What happened here was not a mistake, it was deliberate as evidenced by the woman's nervous behavior as the transaction proceeded. The food was just Okay and I gave half away. Look elsewhere. NB I have read the reply of the person from Indian Moments and the apology it contained, saying it was not the "norm" to overcharge customers. This is good they don't overcharge everyone, sadly only some. This apology is not sincere or heartfelt. I am a forgiving person and do so as a life principle. So it is not hard to do that here. In our beautiful country we have a social responsibility to look after each other, hence my review of what took place. This is to safeguard others from being treated the same way. The dry Manchurian was bursting with flavor, perfectly crispy on the outside with a delightful kick of spice. The Amritsari fish was absolutely divine – tender, fresh, and seasoned to perfection. Very Well Customer Service by the Duty Manager Rajvir Kaur and the staff including chefs. Any Vegetarian or Non-Vegetarian Range food. The quality of food is great and is well presented at affordable cost. I personally satisfied by the quality of food and Service provided by Duty Manager.

My Personal experience is that Rajvir Kaur and Her work colleagues ensures that the customers are being look after. They have treated me with respect and Friendly manner. Rajvir has given me friendly and Comfort support. Anyone can expect Quality food and a friendly Communication talks with Rajvir Kaur and her Colleagues.
