Not the best experience. 2nd time around have had a hassle with the store. Wouldn’t say the store staff. But the driver.
Driver delivered the pizza at 7:59pm the actual delivery was meant to be 7:38pm but the driver had to make a delivery along the way, which is cool. However, the first delivery seemed to take 20mins (the tracker on their website said the driver was at the first delivery… after refreshing the pages a few times… it showed he was there at the first delivery.. didn’t pay no mind as I know website gets a bit glitchy) The driver got to my address, contact less delivery. As I requested it. - but the driver knocked on the door, didn’t wait for us to open the door and quickly left.
Once we opened the pizza boxes, the supreme pizza was a full pizza and the other two pizzas… weren’t. There were 4 other slices missing from the two pizzas. - quickly called the store, who advised that the pizzas left the store as full pizzas. The store person contacted the driver.. and the driver said, no I delivered full pizzas. - this is a lie
I told the store person, no… he has just delivered the pizza and now I’m calling you. I said, we have received two pizzas that are missing four other slices. The driver turned up to the store and the store person asks the driver again… and the driver said.. no I delivered full pizzas. I said, no that is not true. While the store staff gave us store credit that won’t use as we don’t really order pizza much.
I ended up getting in contact with domino’s NZ who have since passed on the feedback to the local area manager and higher management. Sent pictures of the two pizzas and showed what possibly looks like someone has taken a bite out of the crust.
I’m more annoyed at the fact that the driver has made us out to be liars when we are not lying. Also, because someone else has touched the pizza before it was delivered to us, this is a breach of domino’s contact less delivery due to the pandemic.
Had to throw away the two pizzas that were missing four other slices. Due to bloody covid. & breach of their contact less delivery. - plus had to reheat the supreme pizza cause it was stone cold when it was delivered.

Read moreWe've tried really hard to like this place. We moved to New Brighton from Sydenham and because the Cashmere Domino's has always been above and beyond, we held out hope the NB store would at least meet expectations.
This means we've place several orders (7ish?). About 2 were delivered exactly as we ordered.
On a couple of orders we were missing items, on others items were poorly wrapped or damaged, on one the order had to have been intentionally made incorrectly (asked for no tomato, add olives - got extra tomato and zero olives). The delivery driver has been lost looking for our house a couple of times even though it's literally the same driver and he's delivered here before.
We complained on one occasion but it was clear from the response (condolences/apology from head office and a voucher for one pizza) that complaints are unlikely to affect the actual service of this branch (especially as we tried to give them a go again after this complaint and we ended up with a missing item and a damaged one).
All in all - we give up. Don't worry Domino's, we know you have good branches! Just...

When we went to pick it up as we were walking in at 8:30 I was called twice I ignored the calls as I was entering the shop at the same time. When I got there I was informed that they supposedly had run out. I was extremely unhappy with the late notice as I placed the order 45 minutes before and recieved no notification prior. I was told I could refund or replace my item, I chose to get the cinnamon cookie bread instead and as seen in another review the dessert was not what I was expecting either. It was undercooked and extremely small and definitely not worth the $8 I spent if I had known this prior I would’ve chosen to get a refund. I was extremely annoyed as they must’ve known earlier than my pickup time that they could not fulfil my order.
