New Brighton Library — Attraction in Christchurch

Ive never been in a Library where it has been so noisy. Its really beyond me who made the decision to put a tish kicker in a Library. Kids screaming, tenagers occupying the computers for shooting games.

It's impossible to focus, let alone reading something.

I got refused to be given a Library pass cause I didn't have my passport in physical form with me. My NZ drivers licence wasn't enough.

I have come back to Christchurch after a number of years and went into the library to see if I was still a member. A lovely woman helped me and found that I was still a member.
