got two Subway Footlong® Combo the meatball sub was terrible. we're back to six cucumbers, 5 olives, and seven pickles . . . I don't get other fillers like lettuce as I don't like it. I'd rather not have practically no veggies just cause I dislike lettuce. if someone orders olives and pickles it cause they like them! if I were able to go in store to have better control of quantity I would buy I can't! if they allowed requests then this wouldn't be an issue either but they don't so it is. the sub was hardly toasted as well. look man, I use to work at subway up in Auckland, I get it's different down here but it shouldn't be this bad and inconsistent, the one I got previously was fine and had a lot of what I liked but this time had practically nothing. Also, where's the paper you make the sandwich on? Did you make these without them? If so that's so unsanitary and gross. I am aware that according to training on the website you aren't meant to have them when wrapping but honestly most people prefer them, myself included . . . .

Suddenly another employee told me they can’t do it and made the trainee take the pepperoni off and put it back in the bin. I had no problem paying extra but they still insisted no. If it’s on the menu why can I not add it ? If I can add it to my sub what is the difference if I went to any other restaurant in the world they would let me add to any order I would want. They ended up losing a sale thru this and even lost money as my sup was already prepared. CUSTOMERS COME FIRST END OF STORY. I buy my son subway for his school lunch most mornings, over time we have gotten to know Trace and she has gotten to know us too i.e knowing our order by heart which is such a convenience on the mornings we are running abit late There's also the mornings where we will pull up, walk into the store and our order is half made because Trace has seen us pull up out the front.. I really do appreciate the fact that Trace has made the time and effort to get to know us as not just customers but people, thank you so much for your effort, the world need more...
