The first thing we noticed was the wonderful aroma of good food. Secondly that the diners looked and sounded happy. We had Great service. A comprehensive menu. I had the veal scallopine. Tender veal in a flavorsome sauce with mushrooms, spinach and mozzarella. It came with new potatoes, carrots, beans and broccoli. It was delicious and I took my time to savour the tastes and textures. My partner had chicken cacciatore. This was delicious. The tomato sauce was smooth. It came with vegetables, too. Read moreWe came here for dinner last night as a group of 6. None of us had dined here before but the restaurant was packed! Not a table spare. We knew it had to be good! They had sold out of entree pizza breads and the waiter told us this as we sat down. He told us they could do ciabatta bread for us with the dips instead, which we did and it was delicious. 5 of our group ordered pasta and I got the Quattro formaggi pizza. My pizza was delicious! You could taste every one of the cheeses on it, and then the chilli flakes gave it a fantastic kick! My husband got the gnocchi ragu and I had food envy. It was delicious! Read moreIf you close your service at 7.30 PM, DO NOT ADVERTISE that your restaurant closes at 9 PM. Seriously, we boarded the ferry just to get to the restaurant and when we arrived they just said "Sorry we have no more space" while clearly there were like 5 empty tables available. We tried making reservation but you wont pick up the phone!
We met with other guests who said they do this all the time, not serving people even when customers arrive really early with lots of empty tables. If your kitchen couldn't handle that much orders, maybe consider to hire more staff? Limit the dining time? Reduce your tables? Or simply don't say in Google that you are open till 9?
