Mr. Nick (Nitish) - This is a straight forward feedback from customer. I can promise you if you continue your service with this store and you will not change your attitude towards customer the store will soon start loosing it customer/business. Also, not everyone is like you who tell lie. Never ever question to customer integrity. Your 20$ pizza are not sufficient enough to question me.
Now coming to the issue - Both pizza are topped with tomatoes even though we have specifically asked to remove them. As soon as we found tomatoes we called the store and Sanjay picked up the call and asked us to take the pictures and I took it which is included in this email.
I asked him can we have a email id or a number to send this picture but he said we don’t have any email I’d but he advised me that I have updated the order with all the issue/concerns. So whenever you will order again your next order will be complementary.
But later Mr Nick called me and asked me that he need pictures of all the pizzas. Is he mad after 15 min who will have the picture of all the pizza. If you think the store staff is not educated give them training who commit to customer. Whenever somebody pickup the call we don’t know if he is a manager or a delivery guy so whatever you guys confirm to us we believe.
At last, I don’t want any pizza but better start educating your staff and work on your attitude to retain the customer and work toward building strong relationship with customer instead of questioning them.

Their system know what orders have been placed, and presumably they know how long a pizza takes to bake, so why can't they give a more realistic/accurate time for pick-up. And if I place an order 45 minutes earlier, they have literally no excuse for not being able to put it in their oven at the right time. Oh, and they need to be a little more vocal when calling out the names of orders which are ready. Or at least turn of the damn music so we can hear them. And perhaps the guy at the front could stop calling everyone bro.
Update July 024: Still no better - waited 20 minutes in store only for them to 'find' my pizza in the warmer even after already checking there when I first walked in and telling me it was still in the oven. Yesterday, same scenario, after explaining the issue to the staff who answered my call, he went away to confirm if it was okay to put order through the phone again. He came back and advised we could. Sent my son to pick up pizzas and he was told by the store manager (Hannah) he would have to pay the full price. I called the store while my son was still there, given the online issue with promotional code and error in what the staff incorrectly advised earlier, you would think they would honour that, nope.
