Posting on behalf of my partner: Very rude service from the Asian staff at the counter, I do understand covid19 restrictions for purchasing of alcohol within the store, but it should be equal for all customers. What I faced today was that6a customer in front of me was allowed inside the shop to purchase their alcohol, myself being a brown ethnicity wasn't allowed to purchase alcohol by entering the shop, I was asked to name the beverage I want from outside. Went there last Saturday 24th and had the rudest experience I have ever had in a retail store in NZ. The older man ignored me until he couldn't and then proceeded to be incredibly unhelpful by ignoring me some more, even though what I needed was behind him/the counter.
