Cuckoo Pizza — Restaurant in Greytown Community

I’ve had dinning experiences in various parts of the world, from very authentic, raw and family owned to high end dining so when I say this I really mean it that this place has something very special about it

It has the ambiance of a house and dining hall, the service was great and i believe it’s a family run and owned operation they really put their heart and thought into the service and food they prepared. The pizzas are great, thin crest just how I like it. The candles and very home like Interior really adds to the mood of the place

The space is not huge but just right and intimate.

In a rush stoped in to grab 2 pizzas minutes before closing. Its not dominos or pizza hut thank goodness must be a good start to any pizza. Im a bit lost for words its not rustic more cuckoo inside so a feast for the eyes to ponder over while you wait. Pizza came out in reasonable time and both were a treat. It is one of the best pizzas I have purchased in the Wellington region. Staff were friendly what more could one ask for. The pizza is good, but I’ve visited twice with hungry kids and the wait time, both times, for something that takes minutes to cook, is just too long. I think they must push takeaway pizzas up in the queue and leave dine-in customers waiting. Not at all apologetic when I asked, after a 30 minute wait, where our pizzas were.
