Kebabs Istanbul — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

Some would say the kebab is perfectly portioned here. Great taste and fresh ingredients.

Hygyne is an issue. Watching the young guy go from till straight to my kebab without sanitising his hands is concerning. Try at least sanitising your hands b4 touching my food.

The owner was lovely. He asked me why I didn't order a combo and quickly said his chips were the best, and he ordered special seasoning that only his store has. He then proceeded to season a chip and gave me a taste test.

They were delicious. Next time im here, I'll definitely try out the combo. Passionate and lovely...

Disappointed - ordered from Uber a vegetarian carbless and got a couple of small falafels ..smaller then a ping pong ball in size on top of iceberg lettuce and a measly amount of carrots and soggy red cabbage that tasted off and was so wet that the container was filled with red water. They didn’t give me hummus or any of the sauces I asked for. If I wanted a small container of soggy lettuce and cabbage I wouldn’t have paid over $15 for it. So disappointed. We’re from South Auckland and this is by far the worst kebab I’ve ever had. The owner is so arrogant and rude which made us feel so uncomfortable. we ordered 2 meat on chips and 1 rice on meat with 3 drinks. And the total was $85. 00. This price is unbelievable for what they actually serve. Meat was so cold, rice was so hard. He claims it’s the best kebab you’ll ever have. I hope one day you can live up to ‘ the best...
