Clara Café Northwest — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

Nice little café for a mall, had a nice atmosphere and set coloring out for the kids which was a win

Cons- -we were there for roughly 45 minutes and sat there the whole time next to a table full of dishes. It wasn't even busy. At one stage, we were the only ones there. Flies were landing on the dishes. -the people on the other side of us missed half there meal. I then watched the staff make fun of said couple, which was appalling. -I stood at the counter for ages while the lady ignored me, I understand she was making coffee but looking up and saying hello, I'll be a sec isnt really that hard -there was a light that kept flashing above us and it was really annoying. might want to wipe the area where you order because it was dusty and gross and hadn't been done in awhile.

Pros- the drinks were delicious and came out togeather. My daughter loved her hot chocolate and how it was not too hot for her to drink The tables and cutlery areas are clean and nicely presented -there cabinet food looks absolutely lovely. -presentation of the food looks great and i really enjoyed my meal, the kitchen staff did a excellent job, the food came out pretty quickly after ordered.

Overall - would be nice to sit staff down and just go over general training and manners becuase it does put people off and people are very judgemental when it comes to there food. But overall I would return again becuase I did...

Must visit cafe! I booked with my family via first table for brunch and managed to taste a variety of food on their menu. Coffee was better than I expected! We had normal and iced latte with hazelnut syrup and it was one of the best coffees we’ve had. We ordered the following:

Seafood chowder: decent compared to most to cafes Double stack burger: love beef burgers but tasted anverage for me. thought it needed pickles and tomato/mustard sauce for more flavour. Salmon bagel: very generous with the salmon! Big portions so was happy with that and the taste as well. Pork belly Bao buns: really good but needed more sauce Wedges with bacon: just your average wedges.

Staff were really polite and service was really good. We went on a Sunday morning and thought the lady that took our order, did an awesome job considering she was the only one waitressing and was getting busy quick.

Theres also a car ride machines next to the cafe for little kids. Great distraction so the parents can...

The lady taking our order wasn't too good at listening. Got there eventually. The cheese scone was one of the best had for awhile. Lovely and fresh, not dry. The little wrapped lolly of butter was not enough, had to ask for another. I had a glass of water. This was in a S/steel mini cup and had lemon in it. I think the water was from the tap & the lemon was to disguise the fact that it wasn't filtered. The tea came in a good sized pot but with a fat little coffee cup. The decaf Latte came in a pathetically small glass & was rather bitter. The decor was nice and clean. The chairs were nice and wide which accommodated the larger person but were quite hard and uncomfortable. For that reason alone I probably won't go back.
