I am very unhappy with Katsubi HENDERSON inside the mall. When requested to taste the difference in spicy and sweet and spicy they were very hesitant, packs as if they are doing us a favour. It was a horrible experience as their food was hard and nkt as fresh as well. We finished the meal and left.

I can only make this comparison as we always go to Katsubi in Sylvia Park who are just perfect. The same meal 15.50 regular when bought from there we cannot even finish and end up...

Please make sure your food is properly cooked or whatever because as of eating at this place yesterday around 3pm I woke up with severe food poisoning to the point of hospitalisation due to a fever and almost fainting, this is not a nice experience considering I had to drive 4 hours alone and along motorways with no place to stop, so it's put a huge dampener on my holiday, will not be coming back. Stingey portions compared to other katsubis I've been to, disappointing when you pay $23 for it. Only got 1 small piece of chicken katsu. Also the chicken was cold as. Didn't even taste nice, so much so that I threw out a bunch which is rare when it comes to Japanese food. Won't be buying from this particular store again.
