Date of order: November 24, 4:35pm Unfortunately my review will be a sad one but hopefully it will help the shop create better pizza. So my pizza had a few unfortunate things that made me think about writing this review. Hate that it’s a negative review but I hope it will be a happy one next time.
Cheese -there is just waaaay too much cheese, it’s sickening oily and I couldn’t finish more than half. Cheesy is great but I didn’t ask for extra mozzarella.
Sauce -the base tomato sauce was almost nonexistent, almost like it was dried up and nothing left. Browns bay dominos used to be the best but now it’s so bad, I’ve ordered a few times recently hoping for a better result, no change. Hopefully they change the pizza maker or re-teach this person because you will probably lose customer. Harsh but it’s reality, customer satisfaction is important.
Topping unfortunately the topping is just uneven. As you can see one of them got no cheese, no sauce and no topping. Just sad, I won’t go in to say “I want a refund” because I’m too hungry and it’s a waste of gas and energy but hope this will get better too.
Base -I ordered online and specifically asked for deep dish because I like the fluffiness but I got a flat dough, I think they forgot to give me deep dish or the base deflated before I even got it. And sadly it was doughy.
Hope this review helps the store use/hire a better pizza maker before you lose any more customers, wishing you guys the best. Unfortunately I won’t order from dominos anymore. Wishing future customers they will get...
Read moreOrdered online 2 pizzas and a garlic bread with a drink when the guy showed up he proceeded to tell me his manager had forgotten the garlic bread and he would be back within 10 minutes wasnt annoyed at first as he seemed he would honor his word so I said sweet and hour later still nothing my daughter is wanting her garlic bread we call the store only to be told he has other deliveries to attend to and they would switch it out for another drink, we refused this offer and asked for our garlic bread to be delivered instead.
30 minutes later still nothing I drive to the shop and ask the guy who happened to be the same one from the phone about the order mishap he quickly rushed to his defense claiming the girl on the phone (my partner) said we would like a credit on our account I was sitting right next to her with him on speaker no such offer ever came across my ears I asked him where the bread was he said he would have to cook it as it wasnt even made I asked for a refund and left with my money. Honestly such a poor attempt by staff to cover yourself if you've made a fault accept responsibility and own it i work in retail it's no different from when mistakes are made there. Will not be...
Read moreMade a delivery order just now. We ordered around 6:45 and the estimated time of arrival was 7:17pm and that is why we ordered in the first place because it only took about 30 mins. Then the delivery estimated time increased to 7:37pm and I can understand that it's friday and can get delayed a bit if you are busy. But I started tracking the delivery person and he stopped in midst of the way and after 10 mins of stationing started returning back to the store. Now it was already 7:43pm so I made a call to the store. Their landline seemed to be busy so I went for the 0800 number. When I got connected finally expained the situation and asked whats going on all I got is Its busy today and Its going to be there in 5 to 10mins. Now we finally got the pizza at 8:03pm which is about 1 hour and 20 mins from order time and about 50 mins later than initial estimated arrival time. Worst yet everyting is cold.
