AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I used to be a regular customer here but not any more.
While taking the kids for a treat, we had the worst, most surreal experience here and wasted most of our day.
First they got the order wrong on a drive through order, which we only found out when we got home. So we drove back so they could fix their mistake.
Secondly, they refused to fix it stating a) they could not be sure whos mistake it was and b) we need to bring all of the items back. We then went back home, then returned yet again.
Thirdly, they refused to resolve the issue yet again. By this time the food was stone cold so we asked for a refund. They took all of the food back, but did not give any money back. This is more than bad service. It is a breach of the consumer guarantees act!
Fourthly, they actually called the police! For simply and calmly asking for a refund. Needless to say the police would not dntertain their bizarre complaint.
I refuse to put my family and I through a surreal experience like that again so now take the family to BK and Mcdonalds instead. Thankfully the service is amazing there in comparison!

Read moreWorst Wendy's Ive ever been to. Got told there would be a wait for the hoki, which I guess means it would be fresh but wasn't expecting it to be raw which it was. I will never understand how I am made to wait for something that is then undercooked. I also asked for extra mayo and pickle on a chicken burger. This was acknowledged by the staff member but never made it on to the burger.... How hard is it? Lol. The chicken was dry AF and barely edible. So after waiting I ended up with a raw hoki burger that went in the bin and the worst chicken burger you could imagine that desperately needed the extra mayo that I asked for but was obviously too hard of a mission for the child who took the order to convey the message.
