CoCo Botany — Restaurant in Howick

Hi! Just wanted to leave a review in one of your locations at Botany. Last night I ordered milktea. It was almost closing time around 6:30pm for Botany Town Centre. I asked the person in charge if I could still order. They said yes but the guy staff was being rude upfront.

I was looking for a certain flavor that was available back at the Philippines (Panda Milk Tea) but couldnt find it so I asked the person if I can order it and how. It felt like he didnt want to sell me a drink but since I really wanted to order I shrugged his rudeness off and just ordered. His voice wasn't loud enough to hear the sugar level and ice level of my order. I just went and ordered a regular milktea adding a sago. I asked if those were the ones that I was looking for. I think he snapped of because he said in a different tone "make sure this is the one coz we have lots of pearls". I just said yes in hope to ordering the right one.

I fully understand how services goes especially ordering at the late end of the shift that is why I asked nicely. At the end I said thank you believing it was nicer to do if for taking my order despite the time but didnt got a respond back to the...

Had a bad experience. We buy bubble tea from here sometimes, it's nothing great but the staff are very nice usually. However, the lady today was horrible and super rude. My toddler asked for a straw and she was extremely rude. It was around 10am - no crowd, not busy. There is a way to say things...you can say no nicely; there is no need to be rude. Also, it's a straw!!! Is it worth losing customers over a straw and rude behavior? Never going here again. Please train your staff to be nice to customers. This is after all, this is a customer...

This milk tea brand is quite popular back in the 🇵🇭 and there’s always a long line in every stall I go to back then. So when we saw that this branch didn’t have a line, my partner and I decided to finally try this out 😊

We didn’t know which are the best sellers so we opted for the grass jelly milk tea. It was quite good! My favourite was the grass jelly; it was soft, chewy, and sweet enough that just 30% of sugar was just right.

I’m surprised there’s only one branch in 🇳🇿 so this is a definite go-to whenever I find myself in Botany Town...
