Domino's Pizza Botany Junction — Restaurant in Howick

I recently ordered pizzas and sides for delivery from Domino's. The estimated delivery time passed, and the order was over 15 minutes late and still didn't arrive. I called the store to inquire about the delay, and the employee claimed it wasn’t Domino's fault, as they had used Uber Eats for delivery. I explained that I had ordered directly through the Domino's website, so I expected them to clarify the situation. After speaking with the manager, the employee told me they would prepare a new order but insisted I return the previous one. To my surprise, the employee tried to justify the situation by claiming the meal was still "fresh" and "hot" because it hadn’t been touched. I found this attitude frustrating and unhelpful. Eventually, the Uber Eats driver arrived, and I requested they return the old order to the store. Unfortunately, this whole experience was disappointing. Customer service at this location needs improvement, as dealing with the staff felt like more of a hassle than it should have been. Dominos Botany Junction are useless. The worst dominos I've ever ordered from. I done an online order once with a free pizza voucher, 1 hour later the tracker said my order still hadn't been made, so I rang them they told me they were backed up and it wouldn't be ready for another hour so I asked them to cancel my order which they agreed to I made sure by asking twice if I would still be able to use my voucher in the future and they said yes anyway fast forward 2 hours later after canceling order dominos delivers the pizza i told the driver that i had canceled my order and he left then today tried to use my voucher and it states that it has already been used and once again ive been waiting an hour for my delivery. I went here and the reception was absolute rubbish. None of them even asked me what pizza I should receieve and when I ordered, they didn't even give me my receipt. I asked for pineapples on my pizza and the workers there (Louise, James, Beatrice) had just laughed at me. I believe that dominos should fire these particular workers and my pineapples were not on my pizza but they were in the sauce box. I also ordered fanta along with my pizza and they just gave me an orange in a cup. This is absolute digusting behaviour and I believe I deserve a refund along with free pizza. I also have a friend who had encountered the same three workers and he was exiled from the store for being black? what is this, America. This is...
