Lee Hong offers very tasty Hong Kong style chinese food, served pretty quickly. They're located in the back of the food court, and are reasonably priced with large servings. Our favorite is #25, Prawns w/ Egg over Fried Rice Noodles. It's remarkably tasty, w/ a very nice smoky flavor in the rice noodles, and a generous amount of shrimp. For $20, this plate is enough to feed 2 people. You can request an extra bowl and/or hot sauce. The staff isn't so great w/ english, but if you have any trouble getting through, just get the google translate app onto your phone and select chinese (simplified characters)

📍 Lee Hong BBQ & Takeaways 🐮 Mixed Vegetables Beef Rice Taste Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑 🏮Review🏮: The portion size is larger than expected, making it suitable for a filling meal. I thought the flavor would be salty, but it was actually alright! Cleanliness Rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 Service Attitude: 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 Willingness to Revisit: 🌕🌕🌕🌑🌑 This restaurant is located near Chinatown in the Botany area. Inside, there are several different restaurants to choose from. After looking around, I settled on this one, but it's optional whether to try it or not.

The food is sometimes served extremely slowly even when there are no customers and many staff. My biggest concern is why the food safety rating displayed on their window expired on 31-Jul-2022, however, I have checked on the Auckland Council website, and they are currently sitting at an A grade which is correct. The staff are not very friendly and can sometimes come off as a bit rude. Nevertheless, I really enjoy the food there as it is very delicious, but, the place does not look very clean.

There are other food outlets next to lee hong in botany but we've never tried any of them, we just keep coming back to lee hong. The food is tasty, comes out ridiculously fast and is piping hot, i get sick a lot after eating out but have never had any issues eating here. Our favourite dish so far is the lee hong special fried noodles which is a carb heavy plate of fat noodles smothered in a soy based sauce topped with pork belly.

The ladies who serve at the counter have limited english but are lovely to...
