A Café experience to Savor.

Good work Team Aroha, I’ve been frequently travelling between NZ and Australia every week and 2 of your staff members were consistently amazing and diligence in their work. Last week I saw an Asian lady chef cleaning hoods and all of kitchen equipment whilst I was waiting for my flight. I thought you guys were doing some spring cleaning or there is council Inspection is happening. I saw similar sight this week as well, where same lady is cleaning oven and moping the floor. Really appreciate you guys for keeping your area and café spick and span. Food preparation was amazing and spot on, good portion size and very well prepared. Food cabinet was very tidy with no crumbs and with well presented food items- So tempting. Not only in kitchen but at front of the house a young Indian Turbaned Gentleman was making coffee and providing great customer service with a smile.

It is always a delight to be at your café. Keep performing and be consistent-which a great key to success.

Aroha Café – A Delightful Experience at Auckland Airport

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Aroha Café at Auckland Airport, and it was a truly delightful experience. I ordered the Eggs Benedict on a bagel, paired with a Mochaccino, and both were exceptional. The dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing attention to detail and a passion for quality.

The café’s ambiance is equally impressive, offering a stunning view of the Manukau Harbour, which made the meal even more enjoyable. The serene environment provided a perfect moment of relaxation before my journey.

A special mention goes to Deepika, who provided excellent service throughout my visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor added to the overall positive experience, making me feel genuinely welcomed.

If I could give no stars, I would. Unpleasant experience this morning. My partner was one of the first in line and ordered our drinks and eggs bene for himself at 5:15am. No one started cooking for some time. We got our drinks at a decent pace but he ended up getting food from the Vietnamese place next door just to eat something. I sat and waited for his eggs bene and in that time there were multiple other patrons complaining to the staff about wait times and not being given their food items at all. Staff insisted they’d given their food but in the end had not even started preparing their food. Finallyyy we got our food at 5:45am. Only to then be disappointed as the eggs were basically boiled....
