Better Burger — Restaurant in Māngere-Ōtāhuhu

Fries are good, but don't order Epic unless you enjoy making a mess as it comes as a splodgy abortion at the top of the normal fries container.

Slow delivery, 15mins+ at an airport location for a simplified menu was not acceptable and then to get the order for a Rock star chicken burger wrong(came with the mushroom in a regular burger bun rather than as the bun replacement ) and the wasted more time arguing about how we were wrong before just fixing it up, which should have been offered in the first place!

Very bad experience. The staff placed the wrong order and was rude. When he served me with his hard-to-understand accent I repeated the order twice to confirm but then he placed it wrong. When I went to the counter to question him, he said that's my fault(My fault to make him mis-understand). So I checked his name tag, his name is "Monish" and his photos are attached. Before I finished eating, I spotted him dropped the ready-to-go burger bag while chatting with another staff. The date is 30th Nov 2018. I was wondering did this guy get any training at all? So, it’s been a few years since I tried b better Burger. I find their quality has declined considerably since they first took the burger scene by storm. But a bad experience a few years ago turned me off and I haven’t been back since, until I visited the one in Auckland International Airport while waiting for a flight. I should have passed on this one too. The burger was ok, but the fries, once one of their signature items was cold and stale. I’ve had oven fries that have been better.
