So I walked in and order about $80 worth of food for my team and stand to the side while for them to get it ready. After about 5min I see my number on the screen to collect and I approach the bench to collect and the lady looks very confused. She then asks for my slip and took it to the Manager in the back. He then takes it and told me that I already collected this order. I tell him that he must be mistaken because I have been standing to the side talking to friends. He then get very frustrated with me and continues to insinuate that I am trying to double up on the order. I then start getting frustrated nd told him that it is not my fault his team made an error and that he should get on with repacking my order. He then stand around looking for the person who took my order. He then ignores me and walks off with another guy to go look for the food in the foo court while I am still standing there waiting being told they will repack it they are just waiting for the chips (not true as the chips were fresh being given to other customers) He then comes back to the counter after about 10min of looking and very rudely gestures to the lady to give me the food. While I was waiting all the staff were standing looking at me like I am trying to steal some food and talking in their own language and gesturing towards me. Read moreAbsolutely terrible. Came in at 2pm with my children. Literally the only ones in line. Had to hunt for someone to ask to be served. Not only had to ask once but twice to be served. Suggested that they needed more staff and got told they cut down cause it's public holiday????? So your telling me that not only are your staff getting paid time and a half and a day in lieu. It's still not an incentive to get your staff to have customer service. Watched the staff as they took FOREVER to make our meals as they dragged there feet around. Got my food and had asked for 5 lunch packs that they had scattered between 4 trays as appearantly they couldny be bothered putting a 5th tray in. When i asked for a 5th tray she threw it on my tray. Not one smile on their faces, they all looked like they'd rather be anywhere else. Almost every table needed to be cleared. The restaurant looked filthy and if there was a cleared table it wasn't wiped down. If your paying your staff extra I would be expecting a hell of a lot better. Terrible service from ALL staff. Read moreI was there at approximately 3.00am to 4.30 am yesterday morning 29th November 2022. When we arrived there was vomit on the floor towards the counter which someone had put a wet floor sign out and never bothered to clean it up. It didn't matter where you sat you could smell it. Absolutely disgusting!! The service was terrible. The barista was very unprofessional and her hygiene standards were not flash. A dirty disgusting cloth lying on the counter. Her and the Indian lady were too busy gossiping and complaining about their job's instead of serving. The whole experience was terrible. KFC was the only thing open after landing at the Airport after a very long flight. Your staff need to be retained in Customer Service and I will be getting rid of your current Barista as she is very unprofessional and you will be loosing sales having her there.
