Great coffee and a world class cheese scone in a quirky and bright environment.
We chose to drop in here because of a vague, and possibly fabricated memory that Chris Evans on BBC Radio 2 in the UK rated cheese scones at In The Neighborhood as the best in the world. That and the fact were hungry.
Not only did they not disappoint they actually filled us with smiles as we enjoyed the decor that has been put together with a great sense of humour. Mona Lisa with a Maori face tattoo, a table that is made of a door (complete with handles) and order numbers that come with an impaled dinosaur attached were our highlights.

My chilli bean pie was crispy on top and moist in the middle. I loved the flaky, pastry on top. It was perfectly paired with their signature homemade table relish.
